Which rules apply to your sector
The most important operational difference between these sectors is not the kind of enquiry you receive, it is which regulatory framework binds you. That is worth identifying before designing the service, because it decides which country can deliver it and what you have to be able to evidence.
Basic services of general interest
Energy, telecommunications, transport and financial services fall within the scope of Law 10/2025 regardless of size, not only above the headcount or turnover thresholds. The adaptation deadline is 28 December 2026.
Public sector and its suppliers
Spain's National Security Scheme binds the public sector and also the suppliers that serve it. Medium and high category systems require certification by an accredited body, which Corpshore does not currently hold.
Special category data
Health data is an Article 9 special category under the GDPR, and staff accessing it are bound by the duty of secrecy in Law 41/2002. No legal obligation exists to host it in Spain, though we do recommend delivery inside the European Economic Area.
Platforms and intermediaries
Marketplaces and content platforms operate under the Digital Services Act, with the CNMC as Spain's Digital Services Coordinator. Every content removal requires a statement of reasons recorded at the moment of deciding.

Frequently asked questions
What if my sector is not listed?
The sector pages describe where we have the most context, not where we limit ourselves. If your process is service, back office, IT or data, the conversation is the same: tell us the process, the language, the hours and the volume, and we assess the fit.
Does price change by sector?
Sector influences cost through three variables: case complexity, the applicable regulatory framework, and the profile required. A process involving health data or a data residency requirement has a different delivery model, and that does affect cost.
Do you work with public administrations?
We work with public sector bodies within the limits the National Security Scheme sets. For medium or high category systems the tender requires certification by an accredited body, which we do not currently hold, and we will say so before bidding rather than after.
Do you have case studies in my sector?
The published cases are marked as drafts pending validation against real projects, and we say so on each one. We would rather state that than present them as closed references.
Not sure where to start?
Tell us the process and the approximate volume and we will tell you which model fits, including when the answer is that it is not yet worth it.
