Let us talk about your operation

Write to us with the detail of what you need and a person replies, not an automated acknowledgement.

The link opens your email client with the subject and a template already filled in. Delete anything that does not apply.

In summary: write to info@corpshore.solutions with the detail of your operation. We reply within six working hours. If you would rather talk before writing, you can request a thirty-minute call at no cost.

Most conversations start the same way: a company has volume its current team cannot absorb, or a process taking more time than it should, and wants to know whether outsourcing makes sense before moving anything.

That does not need a formal tender. With the process, the language, the hours and the approximate volume we can tell you whether we fit and, just as plainly, when we do not.

Contracting entity

Corpshore Solutions Corporation

The Exchange Tower, 130 King Street West, Suite 1900
Toronto, Ontario M5X 2A2
Canada

Incorporated in Ontario, Canada, number 5017380. Client agreements are signed with this entity.

Corpshore Spain is the group's Spanish operation. It operates without a separately registered Spanish entity, so agreements are signed with the Canadian parent. When a Spanish company with its own tax number exists, it will be stated here and in the terms of business.

What is worth telling us

None of this is required, and a single line describing the problem works too. But the fuller the first message, the more specific the first reply, and the fewer emails it takes to reach what matters.

  • Which process you want to outsource

Customer service, technical support, back office, finance, IT, or a specific process in your operation.

  • In which languages

Spanish, English and, where relevant, Catalan, Basque or Galician. Language determines which hub delivers the service.

  • Which hours you need covered

Spanish working day, extended hours or continuous cover. It drives the delivery model and a significant part of the cost.

  • Roughly what volume you handle

Interactions per month, cases per day or number of seats. An approximate figure is enough to size it.

  • Whether you process personal data, and of what kind

This determines whether the service can be delivered from the Latin America corridor or has to stay inside the European Union.

  • When you need it

It tells us whether this is a planned launch or something urgent, which are handled differently.

What happens next

There are three steps between here and a formal proposal, and none of them commits you to anything.

  1. 01

A reply within six working hours

Someone from the team replies with specific questions or, where there is already enough information, with an initial view on fit.

  2. 02

    A thirty-minute call

To understand the operation in the detail an email cannot carry. No sales presentation: questions about your process and answers about how we would approach it.

  3. 03

    A written proposal

With scope, delivery model, cost breakdown and timings. It is the document you can compare against your internal cost and against other offers.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you reply?

Within six working hours. If you write outside the Spanish working day or at the weekend, the reply arrives first thing on the next working day.

Do you have a phone number in Spain?

We do not publish a Spanish local number yet. You can call the group's toll-free number, which is an international line, or ask us by email for a call and we will call you during Spanish hours.

Which entity is the contract signed with?

With Corpshore Solutions Corporation, the group parent, incorporated in Ontario, Canada. When a registered Spanish entity exists we will state it on this site and in the terms.

Is there a minimum volume to work with you?

We set no minimum volume. There are processes where outsourcing does not pay off, and if yours is one we will say so in the first conversation rather than after the proposal.

Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement before we talk?

Yes. Say so in your message and we will handle it before going into detail about your operation.

Do you work with companies outside Spain?

Yes. This site covers the group's Spanish and Iberian operation, and we work both with Spanish companies and with international groups wanting to operate in Spain.

Prefer to start somewhere else?

We reply within 6 working hours through any of these routes.
