How an outsourcing service is priced
The pricing models we use, the factors that move cost, and the real starting point: what an equivalent employee costs in Spain today, with public sources.
In summary: Corpshore bills per full-time equivalent seat, per project or per transaction, depending on the service. The direct cost of a contact centre agent hired in Spain in 2026 exceeds 22,000 euros a year in salary and social security alone; outsourcing puts savings between 50 and 70 percent against in-house hiring, with the specific price set in a formal proposal.
Most outsourcing providers avoid talking about price until the third meeting. We prefer to explain how the price is built from the start, because a Spanish buyer comparing options needs to understand the structure before requesting a proposal.
This page explains the three billing models we use, the specific factors that push price up or down, and the honest comparison point: what it actually costs to have that same person on your payroll in Spain, using public, verifiable data.
Which billing models do we use?
Three models, chosen according to the type of service and how predictable the volume is.
Per full-time equivalent seat
A monthly rate for each person dedicated to your operation, with the agreed hours and language. It covers recruitment, training, supervision, technology and quality control.
Customer service, technical support, back office and dedicated IT teams.
Per project
A fixed price for a defined scope, with delivery milestones and acceptance criteria agreed in writing before work starts.
Software development, migrations, bounded training-data projects.
Per transaction or volume
A rate per unit processed (case, ticket, record, appointment set), which ties cost directly to the outcome.
Data processing, content moderation, appointment setting, collections.
What moves the price?
These are the factors that weigh most in a proposal, in rough order of impact:
- The delivery model: an onshore team in Spain costs more than one in the Latin America corridor or in Poland.
- Language: Spanish and English are the baseline; Catalan, Basque, Galician and less common languages carry a premium, as they do in the contact centre collective agreement.
- Hours of coverage: the standard Spanish working day is the starting point; nights, weekends and 24-hour coverage add cost.
- Profile seniority: a first-line agent and a data engineer do not sit in the same range.
- Volume and duration: a larger team or a longer commitment reduces the unit rate.
- Compliance requirements: exclusive EU data residency limits the delivery model and therefore the savings available.
What does that same role cost on a Spanish payroll today?
This is the honest comparison point, calculated from public 2026 data rather than our own estimates. We take the entry level of the contact centre collective agreement and add the employer's social security contributions.
| Gross annual salary (contact centre collective agreement, entry level) | €17,140 |
|---|---|
| Employer social security contributions (33 %) | €5,656 |
| Direct annual cost | €22,796 |
This figure is the floor, not the real cost. It excludes workspace, equipment, software licences, recruitment cost, turnover cost, absence cover and the team leader's management time. Depending on the case, those typically add another 20 to 40 percent. We prefer to show only what we can evidence with a public source.
How much does outsourcing save?
Savings against in-house hiring in Spain land between 50 and 70 percent, depending on delivery model, language and volume. The lower end corresponds to an onshore team within Spain; the higher end to the corridor with Mexico, Colombia or the Dominican Republic.
Applied to the direct cost in the table above, and without counting the indirect costs that figure excludes, the indicative range per seat per year is shown below.
Indicative outsourced range, per seat per year
€6,839 - €11,398
This range is indicative and does not constitute an offer. The price for your operation is set in a formal proposal, after discovery, and depends on the factors described above.
VAT and invoicing
All prices are shown excluding VAT unless expressly stated. Services provided to companies established in Spain are subject to the standard VAT rate in force. Transactions with clients established outside Spain follow the applicable place-of-supply rules, set out in each proposal. Invoicing is in euros.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
Why do you not publish a specific per-seat rate?
Because a published rate without context misleads. Price depends on language, hours, seniority, volume and compliance requirements. We publish the structure and the real comparison point, and set the price in a proposal once we understand your case.
Does the price include recruiting and training the team?
Yes. In the per-seat model, the rate covers recruitment, training, supervision, technology and quality control. Replacing someone who leaves the team is not billed separately.
Is there a setup cost?
It depends on the project. In standard operations the 30-day pilot absorbs setup. Projects with technical integrations or extensive training may carry a transition cost, always detailed in the proposal before signing.
What is the minimum commitment period?
The 30-day pilot carries no commitment to continue. Subsequent contracts are matched to the project; a longer commitment reduces the unit rate, but it is not a requirement to start.
How much exactly will I save?
It depends on delivery model, language and volume. The range is 50 to 70 percent against in-house hiring in Spain; the specific figure for your operation is calculated in the proposal, with the cost breakdown.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT unless expressly stated. Services to companies established in Spain carry the standard rate in force; each proposal sets out the treatment applicable to your case.
Can the price rise during the contract?
Price reviews are agreed in writing in the contract, usually as an annual review tied to an agreed index. We do not apply unilateral increases outside what was agreed.
Do you invoice in euros or another currency?
We invoice in euros. If your company operates in another currency, the proposal sets out the invoicing options available.
