We describe each client by sector and size rather than by name, because most confidentiality agreements require it and because a logo tells you less than the detail of the problem and how it was solved.

Why are client names not shown?
Most of our agreements include confidentiality clauses that prevent identifying the client. We describe sector and size, which is what lets a reader judge whether the case resembles theirs.
Can I speak to a reference before contracting?
In some cases yes, with the client's prior authorisation. Raise it on the discovery call and we will tell you which references we can offer for a case similar to yours.
Do these figures transfer to my operation?
Not directly. Every result depends on the client's starting point, and a poor starting point produces high percentage improvements. In the proposal we calculate the estimate against your own data.
Which delivery model is used most often?
It depends on the sector. Banking, insurance, healthcare and the public sector tend towards onshore for data residency; B2C customer service, sales and data processing tend towards the Latin America corridor.
Do you work with companies the size of mine?
The cases here range from three-person teams to operations of several dozen. We set no fixed minimum volume, and the 30-day pilot exists precisely to validate the fit.
