The platform's release process was slow and manual, with regression cycles that could not keep pace with the product roadmap. The company needed real-time engineering collaboration on the US business day rather than an offshore handoff.
What we did
- Built automated regression and test suites in the client's stack
- Engineered CI and CD pipelines and release automation
- Worked on the same clock as the Boston team for real-time collaboration
- Staffed a balanced pod of leads, senior, mid and junior engineers
Results

Figures relate to the period stated and were provided by the client. They depend on that client's starting point, so they are not a forecast for another operation.
The difference from our last offshore team was the clock. Our engineers and theirs are in the same meeting, not passing tickets across a twelve-hour gap.
What stayed in place
The automated pipeline and test suites are client-owned engineering assets, and the pod has expanded its remit from QA into broader release engineering.
