Comparison

Corpshore Spain against the other ways of outsourcing

A category-level comparison, with no company names, across the four usual ways of outsourcing from Spain.

In summary: large contact centre operators win on scale and formal certification, offshore staff leasing wins on hourly cost, and freelancers win on speed for small scopes. Corpshore Spain sits in between: 50 to 70 percent savings with no minimum volume, documented GDPR compliance and launch in weeks.

When a Spanish company decides to outsource, it usually compares four options: a large contact centre operator, an offshore staff leasing provider, freelancers or small agencies, and a mid-market provider like Corpshore.

This comparison is by category, not against named companies, and it acknowledges where each alternative is genuinely better than us. If your case fits another option better, we would rather you knew before the proposal than after the contract.

Against large contact centre operators

Their real strength is scale and formal certification. Ours is savings with no minimum volume, and speed to launch.

CriterionLarge contact centre operatorsCorpshore Spain
CostCost structure oriented towards large accounts and long-duration contracts, according to published sector data.50 to 70 percent savings against in-house hiring, with no fixed minimum volume.
Control over the processHeavily standardised processes, with little room to adapt the script or flow for a mid-sized account.Processes adapted to your operation, with technical or business direction on your side if you prefer.
Compliance and data protectionStrong, usually with accredited formal certifications and in-house legal teams. This is their strongest point against us.Documented GDPR and LOPDGDD alignment, a data processing agreement and transfer instruments in every contract, without claiming certifications we do not hold.
LanguagesBroad coverage, usually with significant premiums for less common languages.More than 35 languages, with Catalan, Basque and Galician through teams and partners in Spain.
ScaleExcellent for operations of several hundred or thousands of seats. This is their territory. From two people to teams of dozens, with room to grow in the corridor hubs.
Speed to launchLong sales and implementation cycles, usually several months.A 30-day pilot and a team operational within weeks.
Account managementAn assigned manager, though a mid-sized account competes for attention with much larger ones.A single point of contact in Spanish, with the same level of attention whatever the account size.

Against offshore staff leasing

Their real strength is hourly cost. The difference is who takes responsibility for the outcome.

CriterionOffshore staff leasingCorpshore Spain
CostThe lowest hourly cost on the market. It is their main argument and it is true.More expensive per hour, with training, supervision and quality control already included in the rate.
Control over the processYou direct, train and supervise the staff; the provider mainly supplies the hiring. We manage the full process, against service indicators agreed in the contract.
Compliance and data protectionHighly variable. Often without a solid data processing agreement or documented transfer instruments.Standard contractual clauses applied systematically, and a transfer impact assessment based on data sensitivity.
LanguagesUsually English; native Spanish often carries a register far from what a Spanish customer expects.Teams trained specifically in Spain Spanish, alongside their native Spanish.
ScaleScales quickly in headcount, with uneven quality between individuals.Scales with consistent training and quality control across the corridor hubs.
Speed to launchFast to hire, though training time falls entirely on you.A 30-day pilot with the team already trained on your processes.
Account managementAdministrative management of staff; responsibility for the outcome stays with you.Contractual responsibility for the service delivered and the agreed indicators.

Against freelancers and small agencies

Their real strength is speed for small scopes. The difference appears when volume or continuity grows.

CriterionFreelancers and small agenciesCorpshore Spain
CostCompetitive on small projects; coordination cost grows quickly as people are added.A predictable rate per seat or per transaction, with coordination included.
Control over the processHigh direct control, with dependency on specific individuals.Control through agreed indicators, without dependency on any one individual.
Compliance and data protectionDepends on the provider. A formal data processing agreement or transfer instruments are rare.A data processing agreement and transfer instruments documented in every contract.
LanguagesLimited to the languages of the specific people hired.More than 35 languages available through the group's network.
ScaleHard to scale without multiplying providers and coordination work.Scaling within the same contractual relationship, without adding providers.
Speed to launchVery fast for a small, well-defined scope. This is their clear advantage.A 30-day pilot, slower than hiring a freelancer for a one-off task.
Service continuityNo guaranteed continuity if the person leaves the project or shifts priorities.Contractual continuity, with replacement and training of the successor at our cost.

Frequently asked questions about the comparison

Why do you not name the companies you compare against?

Because a named comparison ages badly and is rarely fair: every provider's offer changes and we do not know the detail of the contract they would offer you. We compare model categories, which is what actually decides the fit.

Are you really cheaper than a large contact centre operator?

In most cases yes, especially for mid-sized volumes, because our cost structure is not sized for very large accounts. At several hundred seats the gap narrows.

How do you differ from offshore staff leasing?

We take responsibility for the outcome of the service, not just for people's availability: recruitment, training, supervision, quality indicators and documented data protection instruments.

What if I already work with a provider and want to compare?

The 30-day pilot exists precisely for that: it lets you compare quality and cost against real data from your operation, without interrupting the service you already have.

Do you hold formal certifications like the large operators?

We do not claim certifications that are not confirmed and independently verified. Our compliance and security page sets out exactly what we apply and what we do not, with no insinuation.

Can you combine models, for example onshore for sensitive work and the corridor for volume?

Yes, and it is one of the reasons companies choose us over single-model providers. The sensitive process stays in the European Union and the volume goes to the corridor, under a single contract.
