Dedicated teams
Technical capacity integrated into your team, with the same people throughout the project.
In summary: individual profiles or complete teams integrated into your structure and processes, with continuity of the same people. The model differs from project commissioning in that you direct day-to-day priority.
The dedicated team model solves a specific problem: you need sustained technical capacity, but hiring in Spain takes months and commits fixed structure before you know whether the project holds.
The difference from fixed-scope commissioning is who directs. Here you set priority day to day, and we answer for the team being there, being trained, and not rotating without notice.
What is included
According to profiles and agreed duration.
- Profiles selected for your stack and context, with you involved in selection
- Integration into your tools, board and ceremonies
- Continuity of the same people throughout the project
- Managed replacement with overlap in case of absence or departure
- A relationship owner on our side, separate from the daily work
- Flexibility to scale up or down with the agreed notice
What is not included
What this model is not.
- An outcome commitment on scope that you direct
- An employment relationship between the profiles and your company, which stays with the provider
- Immediate replacement with no overlap period, which would degrade the service
- Profiles shared with other clients without your knowledge
Where it is delivered from
From Poland for full synchronous coordination and EU data residency, or from Uzbekistan where a daily coordination window suffices and work is measured by delivery.
The choice between the two usually turns on how much daily interaction you need, rather than on cost.
Employment relationship and responsibility
The profiles keep their employment relationship with Corpshore, not with your company. This is the distinction that separates a service from unlawful labour transfer under Spanish law, and it is worth being clear in the contract and in daily practice.
In practical terms that means technical direction of the work can be yours, but employment direction, holiday management, performance review and discipline remain ours.
If what you need is to hire directly in Spain, the right route is different and we cover it on the setting up in Spain page. This is general information and not legal advice: we work alongside your advisors.
Frequently asked questions
Do we take part in selection?
Yes, and it is worth doing. Someone you have interviewed integrates better and expectations about their level are realistic from the start.
What happens if someone leaves?
They are replaced with an overlap period to hand over context. A replacement with no overlap shifts the cost of re-explaining the project onto your team.
Do the profiles work only for us?
In the dedicated model, yes, and that is what distinguishes it from a shared pool of hours. If that were ever not the case, it would be stated expressly in the proposal.
Can we hire them directly later?
It is a conversation we have openly when it comes up. The terms are set in the initial contract rather than becoming a conflict when it happens.
