The problem
The company had a product roadmap committed to its customers and an engineering team that could not keep up. Every backend hiring process in Madrid stretched over months and frequently ended in a counteroffer from the candidate's current employer.
Management did not want a provider delivering code by project: they wanted people who would integrate into the team, learn the product, and still be there the following quarter.
What we did
Corpshore formed a dedicated team of four engineers at its Uzbekistan hub, embedded in the client's ceremonies, version control and code review, with technical and product direction staying on the client side.
A technical lead in Spain bridges the first weeks and the moments when time overlap is tight, which is where this model usually fails if left unmanaged.
Intellectual property in the work developed stays with the client, set out expressly in the services contract.
Team shape
Four dedicated engineers in Uzbekistan and a technical lead in Spain, working inside the client's tools and methodology.
Timeline
A 30-day pilot with two profiles on a bounded module, with the full team onboarded in month three.
Data handling and compliance
Work is carried out on development environments and test data. Where access to environments with real data is needed, role-based access control, access logging and standard contractual clauses apply, as the processing sits outside the European Economic Area.

- Team retention at twelve months
Against an average of four months in Madrid hiring processes.
Measured as delivery capacity per sprint after month three.
Including technical coordination from Spain.
All four original engineers were still on the project after a year.
Figures relate to the period stated in each case and depend on each client's starting point.
We did not want a software factory, we wanted four people who knew our product and would still be here in six months. That is what we got.
