About the role
Corpshore Talent handles recruitment for our own operations and for clients who prefer to hire directly. This role covers both, focused on customer service, technical and data profiles.
What you will do
- Run recruitment processes end to end, from profile definition onwards.
- Conduct phone and video interviews, including language assessment.
- Keep the applicant tracking system up to date.
- Respond to every application, including unsuccessful ones.
- Work with operations leads to refine profiles.
What we need
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably high volume.
- Native Spanish and professional English.
- Valid right to work in Spain.
- Ability to assess language competence with sound judgement.
- Autonomy and organisation to work remotely.
Useful, but not essential
- Experience recruiting for contact centres or technical profiles.
- Experience with recruitment processes in Latin America.
- Applicant tracking system experience.
