About the role
This role builds and maintains the data infrastructure feeding our clients' analytics and artificial intelligence projects, with technical ownership of data architecture decisions.
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
- Ensure dataset quality, traceability and documentation.
- Integrate heterogeneous source systems into a coherent data model.
- Optimise the cost and performance of data processes.
- Provide technical mentoring to more junior team members.
What we need
- Solid data engineering experience in production environments.
- Command of SQL and at least one programming language for data work.
- Experience with orchestration tools and cloud data warehouses.
- Spanish, and technical English for reading and writing.
- Valid right to work in Spain.
Useful, but not essential
- Experience preparing data for machine learning projects.
- Knowledge of data protection requirements in pipelines.
- Experience working with external clients.
