About the role
Most global AI providers have less coverage in Spain Spanish than in English. This role works in exactly that gap: annotating and validating data that reflects the Spanish actually spoken in Spain.
What you will do
- Annotate text, voice or image following detailed per-project guidelines.
- Validate other team members' annotations in cross-review.
- Flag edge cases and ambiguities in the annotation guidelines.
- Maintain consistent judgement across long batches.
- Meet the quality sampling targets for each batch.
What we need
- Native Spain Spanish, with a feel for nuance and register.
- Sustained attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
- Valid right to work in Spain.
- Confident use of IT tools and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Autonomy to work remotely following written procedures.
Useful, but not essential
- Background in linguistics, philology, translation or similar.
- Previous data annotation or transcription experience.
- Knowledge of Catalan, Basque or Galician.
