About the role
We are looking for bilingual agents for accounts serving both the Spanish market and international customers. The contact centre collective agreement recognises a language supplement for roles that regularly work in a language other than Castilian Spanish.
What you will do
- Handle enquiries in Spanish and English by phone, chat and email.
- Adapt register and tone to each end customer's cultural expectation.
- Document every case in the language the account protocol specifies.
- Escalate cases beyond first line to the specialist teams.
- Take part in the team's quality calibration sessions.
What we need
- Native or equivalent Spanish and professional English (B2 or above).
- Valid right to work in Spain.
- Customer service experience, or a clear willingness to train into it.
- Confident use of ticketing systems and desktop tools.
- Availability for shifts within the hours agreed with the account.
Useful, but not essential
- A third European language.
- Experience on tourism, retail or e-commerce accounts.
- Previous experience of hybrid working.
Terms under the applicable collective agreement
This role is covered by the contact centre collective agreement, which sets the following minimum terms:
- A 39-hour week and 1764 annual hours.
- 32 calendar days of holiday per year.
- Pay distributed across 14 payments.
- A language supplement of 130.95 euros per month for roles that qualify.
